Honey quantities are limited each year, we are growing our apiary and won't sacrifice the health of the bees to make more honey or have to supplement feeding them when they have plenty for natural food sources. The spring honey flow is very light in color, each year the honey is different depending on the weather and the blooms. Each frame will be different depending on when it was gathered and what was in bloom. It sure is a real treat to bust open a frame and it taste just like cherry pie or unique tangy blackberry flavor.
